I designed Viator's B2B email campaigns for the Travel Agent Program (TAP), focusing on increasing agent utilization of the platform's Affiliate Program (AFF) and other sales tools.

Through a design approach centered on layout optimization, distinct iconography, and visual exploration, I prioritized elements that directly influenced user action. This resulted in an increases in CTR, supporting the primary goal of growing agent activation and sales through the platform.
