How did it start?
Panda sought to establish a nationwide loyalty program to drive repeat visits, digital engagement, and customer retention while providing a personalized and rewarding experience.
Their goals were to launch a points-based system that worked across app, web, and in-store channels, encouraged sign-ups with a welcome gift, and made rewards easy and enjoyable to redeem.
